OK Food and LOUD. I've been to Lillie Mae's a number of times for breakfast with my grandmother. She seems to enjoy the place. Me, not so much.

The service is reasonably paced, friendly and usually accurate (though they won't give Speedy Gonzales any worries).

The food is fairly good. Eggs have always come out correctly cooked, bacon the same, biscuits okay but my wife's are far better. Prices are pretty reasonable.

My biggest complaint is the place is LOUD! It is essentially a concrete box. There is virtually nothing to keep the sound of conversation, dishes, cooking and every other sound from bouncing off the walls forever. It makes a horrible din. Just some fabric wall hangings would help...anything to soften all those hard, sound-reflective surfaces.

If you are close by, it's a fairly good breakfast, but bring your ear plugs.

Great country place for reasonable price!. I really liked this place! Good, home cooked meal, served hot for a great price! The venue is very open with lots of seating. The food was generously porportioned and delicious. If I had to complain about anything, it would maybe be that the food took a little longer than I hoped to come out and the waitress wasn't real friendly. But overall, I would definetly visit this place again!
