I order the bacon Texas cheese steak melt and it was pretty good. I wish they would had used more than two pieces of bacon. I didn't have a bite of it in every time I took one. The hash browns were great as always. I love to get mine just smothered. Overall, it was a good visit.

We had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to bus a table. Every table was filthy and full of dishes. We sat down and ordered our food. Our one friend asked if he could add cheese to hash browns after we had ordered our food and the server got rude about it. One table was sat before we received our food. Anybody else walked in after that they would yell Togo only. When we did receive our food my husbands waffle was burnt, my bacon was so burnt when you tapped it on the table it wouldn’t even fall apart. My friends Texas patty melt was burnt all the way around. The meat itself was black as soot. The server immediately gave us our checks immediately after bringing us our food and said I’m giving you these but I’ll be back to check on you. About a quarter of the way through our meal we all ran out of drink. The cook walked out back and took a thirty minute break as well as the other server. When the server walked back inside they started arguing. They argued the entire time we were in there. We were in there for well over an hour.

Showed up to eat and have some coffee at 2:30am Headed to work in Atl from Nashville. Go inside no signs or anything up. Three people inside 2 at the counter sitting 1 in a booth 1 employee cleaning the kitchen. I was denied service upon entry due to "previous shift did no clean up at all and I have no plates bowls or silverware." Shift change is at 9:00pm and again at 7:00am. Once again this occurred at aproximatly 2:30am! During my time writing this 9 other patrons have been rejected as well.

They had 1 cook & 1 waitress they too busy for it just to be them. Despite that they took care of everybody. My food was just how I wanted it. No complaints!

I went to the East Ridge location around 4am on June 8th, 2022 and had a surprisingly smooth and quick visit. Normally, when an establishment won't even allow you to make an order over the phone (calling in OR the website), then you are expecting to be there forever when you are allowed to order the only way, which is walking in and placing your order. But, there were two very good ladies working and had me in shock! I've never been impressed by any visit at any Waffle House location, so these people really are assets and I wish I thought to ask for their names, bc this restaurant needs to go above and beyond just like the nice ladies did for this business with every step of my order. Loved it, and I've never given a 'Aweful Waffle' a 5 star rating in my rating history.

Had to bus a table for a spot to sit, since more tables were empty but dirty than full. There was a young blonde behind the counter expediting food, and a very much older woman on the floor. The roles were clearly given to the wrong employees. I cleared several tables for other customers as well. Had to ask for syrup, coffee, the bill. The older lady was grouchy and unwelcoming and honestly really bad for the job. There were 3 to 5 employees around the grille and talking. Not one person worried about the dirty tables, bad service, or customers pooling around the door.

What has happened at this waffle house in the last few months? The last few times we've tried eating here we are told it's togo only. Last night we tried again, the place was a little busy, but not packed. There were empty tables and I noticed at least 5 employees, so it didn't seem they were overwhelmed yet when we walked in one of the servers literally yelled at us togo only, it was embarrassing as everyone was looking at us like we did something wrong. I worked waffle house, including this one for years and I remember many times we would be packed with just two people working and still serve people. We'll just keep driving to fort Oglethorpe like the last few times anyway. They treat people like they actually want them there.

When you try call an order in it gives you a recording saying they can't take your order over the phone to come in place your order you go in to order and get told you going to have to wait . We waited 30 minutes or longer and nobody came to take our order cause the whole crew working there went out to smoke so we decided to leave . Ithe waitress was rude and hateful.She took and ignored we were sitting there and went to people's orders that came in after us. If you plan to run a business then you need to make sure you have good workers that treat customers right.

Rikki must work there. This is what I was talking about when I said the Staff was talking bad about other businesses .... Management here needs to read Rikki's review and if they still work there give them a lesson in proper business.<br/><br/><br/>-----07 Oct, 2012-----<br/><br/>Need some training!!!!. Was here yesterday around 5 P.M. I didn't think the food up to Waffle House standards and the staff was more interested in talking than taking care of their guest. Too many other places to eat to have bad service. And to boot they were talking trash about another business in the area. This was very unprofessional and who wants to eat listening to their servers talking bad about another business?!?!?! Management needs to do some training in this location.

The staff is incredible! Great sense of humor, great service! The food was very good and delivered to us quickly. Makes Denny's look like waste from McDonalds. Outstanding!!!

Good service. Went there on a week day. Service was great. <br/>Food was excellent. Great server.. and a great waitress<br/>On third. Every one there nice. They only make 2.28 a hour<br/>So tip poeple . We will warn you about nasty hotels and<br/>Good places to go

Not the same. This Waffle House was always clean and had a friendly staff. Something has changed here, not sure if it's management or what. Today the store wasn't clean and the staff was unfriendly. Think it was my last trip here
