We love Baskin Robbins, so I took my teenager there to get each of us a milkshake. We used the drive thru, and while my daughter's shake was good mine was like milk, not at all thick. I got chocolate and it was literally like chocolate milk. It was so odd, I don't think I've ever gotten a bad milkshake anywhere. We were already on the road when I realized it I would have told them directly. I could have gotten a better shake down the street from Krystal for half the price. They didn't give me a receipt and I didn't think to ask for one so I can't complain directly to the company. I'll think twice before going back

Don't know if the kids who work here are careless or just plain stupid. Not surprising since everyone who works here looks 12. The guy who works there either smokes too much or has something wrong with him.

The ice cream is good, if you can figure out what you're getting! The menu board in the drive thru is not backlit, nor is there any other light to illuminate it. Consequently, unless you're in the perfect weather conditions at the optimum time of day, you cannot read the sign and thus have no clue what flavors are available. For this reason, after several visits and asking when this might be fixed, yet seeing that it remained unfixed, I no longer go to this Baskin Robbins.

Lobby was nice and clean, both the young man and young lady working seemed very pleasant.
Neither of them were wearing a mask or gloves and they still have open spoons in one bucket for everyone to dig into. Dirty restroom and no toilet paper. They seem to be operating PRE Covid.

Recently updated signs in interior, those are nice. The flavors are great, but the scoops are horribly small. one scoop was two bites of ice cream.

I went through the drive-thru and when I got home I realized I was missing some ice cream I had ordered. I got on the website and sent them an email telling them about it. The owner emailed me back the next day very apologetic and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. She told me to print the email and bring it back to the store on my next visit so they could make it right. I was very impressed with the quick response and the genuine desire to correct the issue and maintain my business. That's good customer service!

Awesome and refreshing! The young ladies there gave great customer service. The ice cream was good and so was the banana split. The selections were plenty and all sound very good shich made it difficult to choose from. They allow you to sample it before you purchase it to see if you like it. The price for double scoops is $4.09,one scoop is $2.49 and the banana split was $6.19. They also have outside seating. Very, very good!!

Always busy with kids and families but wait time is minimal. Clean and plenty of parking. If you can’t make it to the Northshore this is a good ice cream choice.
