The person at the window had a calming very patient personality. Went there after 8 had no idea they were closed but they took my family's order ! We tried the new south west burger and we would rate it 10 out of 10. By far the best fast food restaurant in Enon area

Stopped here while on a road trip from Williamsburg. Not sure if he was the manager or not, but he went out of his way to provide two different ice cream places and barbecue for dinner later. That is what is called excellent customer service!!
Extremely slow. The fries were fresh but the burger had clearly been sitting there under a heat lamp for quite some time. Employees were not welcoming or polite at all.
I like their 2 croissan-wich deal with coupon. But recently they changed their system, so you can no longer substitute OJ for coffee with an upcharge. Also can't get tea. It's coffee or nothing. Disappointed.
Used the drive through, was fairly quick,but as I started to pull out I popped a fry in my mouth. It was not hot, barely warm.
So I walked inside and they mDe replacements. Had to wait... wasn't happy.
I guess they figure people in the drive through are not going to stop to check...
Got a burger, fries and a diet Coke. Everything was good. Cashier was very nice. Bun was cold. That's why no 5 stars.
