I enjoy the meals, smoothie's, staff and Cooler Chats at Fit Flavors. The meals provide a healthy convenient option to eating, especially breakfast and lunch for work. The Cooler Chats are informative in helping to improve health and diet. Friendly staff and delicious smoothie's top it off.
Fit-Flavors is always a great go-to! The food is always delicious and amazing every time I get a chance to go there. The smoothie bar is always amazing! Anytime I am in the area I have to stop in and get me a strawberry smoothie.
And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great healthy meal. Definitely a favorite place! Thanks FF crew!

Just tried my first meal here. I got the chipotle turkey meatballs with cauliflower and green beans. So delicious! I wanted to give a review because I've been working out and changing my eating habits for months now in preparation for my wedding, and it's so hard to find options to eat healthy food on the go in St. Louis. It's not like LA where places like this are on every corner. Anyway, I've been doing the whole "if it fits your macros" thing and with this place I can actually find meals that satisfy my need for protein. The lunch portion meal I just ate had 47 grams of protein, which is insane/awesome. So needless to say I'll be returning. Only downfall is it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
So far I've had 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts and I have been very impressed.
The breakfast with beef, rice and eggs is right up there with the best breakfast I've ever had!
