First time! Awesome experience. Great vibe in the place and one of the best subs I have had in a very long time. (Chipotle Philly) Additionally, whoever does hiring is winning big-time. Every single staff member was happy, eager, and super helpful in providing recommendations for a first-timer. 10/10 experience overall. Keep up the outstanding work guys!
The food is ALWAYS on point with a friendly, smiley staff from the time you walk in. This location is also extremely clean which is super tough to find nowadays. The manager has done a great job with the staff in every aspect.
Jersey Mikes is the best. I lived in Jersey during the 80's and it was our favorite sub joint back then as it is now. Never a disappointment.

Decent cold subs. The service here was great, very friendly and helpful staff, didn't spend a second waiting. The food on the other hand is so-so. But part of that is just personal preference. I'm generally not a fan of cold subs, especially anything with oil n whatnot as it makes the sandwich very soggy in a short time. I personally prefer a toasted sub but, that's just my opinion, nothing wrong with the subs here.
