Standard Dunkin, both donuts I had were good and seemed freshly made. Coffee is always below average and they still have nothing like espresso or even a 'nespresso' machine. It was clean as well.

I came here for a snack around 12 am so it was almost empty with everything, but thats natural same with the donuts they were stale but maybe ill come earlier next time. It was a tiny bit confusing with the map directions they sent me to the other side of the store. Overall it was okay, would be better during the day

My family and I were making a trek through Downtown Chicago and the kids wanted some quick, sweet treats. We stopped in and could not have been more happy with the experience. Even with the painting/renovations going on, it was a great visit. I want to give extra kudos to Kanubhai for his patience and top-notch service. He waited with no complaint for my kids to finally make up their mind on what they wanted. He really was the best part of our visit here.
