Horrible service i have been here four times they dont know how to make drinks or they arenout of ½ the menu items or one person is working and the line is ridiculous but not only that but they ring up 5 people and make you wait after you have paid instead of preparing each customers drink…

Waited an hour for a drink to give me someone else’s that was sitting there. Rude when I told them how long I waited and said they was “too busy” to make mine even though they did everyone else’s behind me.

The coffee was great: hot and strong. This is a kiosk in a Kroger. The line was long and one barista was working alone. She did a great job but I can't help but wonder why Starbucks would only have one person on a Sunday late morning.

The staff here are nice and friendly. Have been so for years. I will say that I only have ever ordered hot chocolate here. In my personal opinion it isn't that good. I will also say that their various coffes and teas are apparently much better according to everyone I've talked to. So I reccomend you stick with those. I have also heard good things about their baked goods and cake pops.

My fiance and I hit this location up very frequently, unfortunately over the last 2 yrs 75% of our visits are a waste of our 20 min drive. This location is either out of Carmel or the espresso machine is down and that is the big no nos more common then normal service there is unable to fulfill your needs.

Great coffee once the employee actually makes it. Literally not working to talk to someone who cut the line and making everyone else wait. Then when done walking out to the store area and not even making the orders. Absolutely ridiculous! Watched 3 customers leave while waiting in line!
