Good people great steaks. Only thing that could have been better is we had to wait about 20 minutes at our table before we got our server, but once our server Deedee was assigned to us she took great care of us and had good recommendations. Overall had a great time and would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're a steak lover.

Great food friendly service. Our Australian Waygu was better than the Waygu we had at CUT. Grilled and seasoned perfectly. Wife's waygu burger was also great. The grilled octopus is a must have. Another big plus? Its down the street from our house and doesn't require driving over an hour to Beverly Hills.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere (if you're into modern rustics) and the quality of meat is superb. Most restaurants steaks are "okay" but still bland. The moment I took my first bite of my steak at the meat cellar, I could immediately taste the difference. They get deliveries 6 days a week Monday through Saturday, so you know for a fact the meat is fresh and never Frozen or thawed. Cooked to my exact specification, not over or undercooked. The beer was great, the appetizer was awesome. For anyone in the area, I recommend you try this place. You won't be disappointed. Jimmy was an awesome server.
