The food is very good. Staff is accommodating. They were able to help with dietary restrictions and allowed substitutions at no charge. The food is lovely. Coffee is good too. Veg burger is some of the best I've had. The ordering and seating gets a bit chaotic. Easily fixable if the ordering station tells the customers to wait for the host at a specific spot to seat them. Everyone assumes they need to find a table for themselves and causes a bit of confusion. Sharing tables could make the dining room flow a bit more easy since a lot of couples ended up taking bigger tables unnecessarily.

I love this place. I had several meals there and the Maplewood burger and side salad blew me away. Seriously delicious. I also ate the grilled cheese and would recommend either of them. The way things are set up, they move through customers FAST. I was in line 15m and they sat 30 people. The food service is quick as well. If there is a line don't let it dissuade you. Anytime I'm in Cincinnati I will return here and send more people.

Amazing place for brunch! Once you walk in, you order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. The drinks are self-serve and there are even lemons and limes available for water. As for food, I got the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were delightful. The portions were huge, yet the food was so tasty and flavorful! Overall a great brunch experience!
