Hot Head Burittos Cincinnati

Love I can get a truly spicy burrito.. I love all the sauces I can choose from. I usually get the hottest sauce along with jalapeños and the spicy chicken. The other places can't touch the heat I can get at hot head.

Awesome Food/Questionable Management. Okay. So I live close to this restaurant and visit frequently. The food is awesome and in my opinion far better than the "leading competitor".

However, with that said, there have been 2 occasions where I have visited this restaurant and the Manager was working the counter. All was fine until I asked for some additional items/sides on my Chilotta. The manager looked at me, looked at the tray that he was preparing my food on.. then hesitated to say that it wasn't included in the special. Then he proceeded to tell me that the only reason why the price was so cheap on the chilotta was because it only included certain ingredients... sorry, but like I care. I told him that he could charge me extra for the additional ingredients.. he STILL HESITATED. So I finally HAD to say... MONEY IS NO OBJECT. Afterwards, he had an attitude with me and with a sigh he put together the order. I normally wouldn't have written a review over something has small as this except... it happens every time I visit when the manager is working. I don't have any problem when the other associates are working behind the counter. They will calmly explain to me that there will be an additional charge, but then they continue building the meal...

Why is this such an issue and why is it my problem?
