Schlotzsky's

The food is great tasting, but when I went here they were out of apples for my salad. I said that was okay, I'd still take it. But, when I got home I looked at my salad and it was only a couple bites worth of salad. It was hardly anything at all! Especially when they were shy on ingredients to only put a couple bites worth felt a little off brand. They were nice though and the food tasted good.

I am very disappointed. I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food which I am not upset with. My salad came with no utensils and my sandwich was not even completely wrapped. Took a picture so you can see the reason for the disappointment. (How it was in the bag. The wrapper didn’t even keep the sandwich together.) Please do better next time😞

I had the Original and it was great. The bread was warm and fresh and all the meat and veggies tasted fresh too. Service was great. My order was taken promptly, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the manager stopped by my table to make sure I was taken care of. Overall it was a great fast casual lunch.

Not the place to stop if you want food in a reasonable amount of time. Men's room hasn't been cleaned in a long while. After waiting 20 minutes I checked on our order. The girls were hanging out and said that they didn't hear the printer. No lemons, no fruit, no condiment bar, very limited soda choices. Plenty of time for the staff to chat, but not to clean. No music, no TV, dead silence. No apology, asked for a refund and only received a partial refund.

Very disappointed order made completely wrong called up there and offered to bring food back and the staff and Manger there said there is nothing they can do they are doing training and they can't do anything about it. Schlotzskys has went down hill and fast Manger acts like they do not care, I asked at the window 2 times if there was olive and onions on my order, I am allergic to olives so I wanted to make sure there wasn't. The boy at the window told me he would go check . He left the window opened and I watched him go tell the guy making sandwiches to take off the olives and onions. He came back and told me there was no olives or onions. I said thank you ,paid then went home. I got home and my sandwich was made wrong. It was the wrong bread, ( which didn't bother me it was just not what I ordered) and there was extra olives and onions . I called the store and asked if i could bring my sandwich up there and show them, and asked If they would remake it. The manager told me to call back that they were too busy , and that they couldn't and wouldn't fix it. I told them I just spent 23 dollars, I'm bringing it back up there to be fixed or refunded and they told me I couldn't. Very disappointed, threw my sandwich away , and will never eat there again.

Extremely overpriced and for the "quality". I went there tonight to be nice to my husband who had an upset tummy and wanted a sandwich but since he's gluten free we have limited options... pulled up before 9pm and was waiting behind the person ordering. And when I pulled up to the speaker, he stated they have temporary hours now and can't serve me while laughing.
