NOODLES Located in Cagan Crossing. Just opened. We just had dinner there and it was absolutely DELICIOUS and so inexpensive. You can choose your type of pasta, then sauce, then protein, and then veggies. They also have other items on the menu, i.e. Cuban Sandwiches, Hot dogs, Salads, etc... We chose Noodles, Thai sauce, with Chicken and added veggies. We polished each dish off. The chicken was fresh as well. Absolutely delicious. Fernando is the young chef and is a perfectionist. John owns the restaurant. Lovely people. Can't wait to go back in. They do not have their liquor license as of yet. But that is about it. IT"S A MUST DO. They even serve breakfast too.

My father in-law and I enjoyed a very yummy meal here in June 2016. We ordered whole wheat noodles, marinara sauce, meatballs, veggies......the other had whole wheat pasta, pesto sauce, shrimp, veggies. Cooked to order, perfect size dish, very delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

I love this this place , Great pasta dishes and arepas and tequeños , (cheese sticks) . Nice and friendly service .
