The lasagna and marinara is absolutely delicious. Best flavor. The Brasciole, could quite possibly be the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. Highly recommend Guarino’s for anyone traveling to the Cleveland area. You won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget the Chianti.

My wife and I had been wanting to go to Little Italy for some REAL Italian food for while. We ended up at Guarino's. Excellent spot! Great setting. Beautiful patio! We both had the alfredo. I had chicken (meat was great), she had shrimp. True alfredo sauce. Perfect. The owner and his wife are good folks. My wife originally ordered a Capone (whiskey based drink). She is not a whiskey person. He came over and spoke with us for a few minutes and noticed that she didn't drink it. He asked her about it and asked her if she would take a drink if he made one for her. He made her one that was more her speed and she loved it. He and his wife were very nice, friendly people. Guarino's is our new date night spot. I highly recommend.

Excellent food, excellent family and incredible staff... If you are visiting Cleveland and don't stop here, you are missing out. I recommend the lasagna (50+ year recipe) or any of the veal selections. You get everything you want in this family owned establishment! :). Nostalgic atmosphere to boot !
