A bit more pricey than the other Asian restaurants in town, but a lot better food in my opinion. Their sushi, entrees, and appetizers are all incredible. I would definitely recommend Fulin’s to anyone that likes Asian food that is closer to the authentic side. However, they do have a nice selection of more Americanized dishes.

Went to Fulin’s today and the hubby and I had some Japanese rolls and on top of it excellent service from Ashley! Thank you Ashley. She even gave us some drinks “to go” without us asking. I had the Smoky Mountain Roll and hubby had the spider roll. Both were Yummo! This is our “go to” restaurant in Cleveland, TN. The service is always exceptional and so is the food. My husband orders Chinese food. This time he ordered Cashew Chicken which he really enjoyed and I usually order the Tuna Lover Roll (pics). I asked for some hot sauce this go around and our server let me sample three different ones, which was nice. They also offer a great vegan menu.

The food is good for the most part. Once one accepts that Fulin's is really an American restaurant serving Asian dishes, a good time will be had. I, apparently, was asking a bit too much of the place, hoping that it would fill some culinary gaps in the Cleveland Tennessee landscape. I wouldn't bother ordering the steamed dumplings, they just aren't really up to it. And there is no a la carte menu or selection for sushi. What they offer on the menu is how you can order it, and that's it. But, this isn't really a negative review. The people are friendly and, as I said before the food is good.
