Very hit or miss. We like to come here for the lattes and bagels, but depending on who is working it can either be a 5 star experience or 1-2 star. I've had earl grey lattes taste like an old lady's perfume, bagels prepared improperly, hot drinks served lukewarm, beverages made with almost no flavor
This store is really clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. They have books that you can read while there and you can donate books to be read which means they are not rushing you to leave. I've seen the staff here take interest even in someone's dog that they didnt see when the owner
Biggby has the best lattes and drinks in town. Love my mocktails!

I honestly prefer Biggby over Starbucks. Their Chai latte and hot chocolate is better.
DELICIOUS coffee all year long, but today I had to get seasonal and ordered the Pumpkin Latte which was superb. Anything on the Biggby menu is delicious year after year. Biggby is my one and only coffee shop!!
