Reviews of Papa Johns Pizza

Walked in asked for a menu and was given one. Once I made my order the price was higher then the menu prices and brought it to the manager known as the owner from what he said that the prices changed and it was an old menu, he refused to honor the prices on the menu and then I remembered a past prior experience of the same exact situation several years ago, when I noticed it was the same guy I mentioned it to him and he stated if you had a problem why did you come back. I will never come back to that location again, Papa Johns in general is the all time best pizza place around so I'm not gonna let this moron change my prospective about Papa Johns , hopefully eventually he gets what he deserves and gets thrown out like trash does.

Absolutely deplorable customer service shown by the alleged owner of this store. I was repeatedly told that it wasn't his fault that he didn't have a driver because the dover called off and wants to collect UNEMPLOYMENT LIKE "YOU AMERICANS LIKE TO DO" !!!!!! I was belittled and screamed at and told that my feedback was read and it would never be addressed by corporate. Obviously I will never be utilizing the services here any longer however the level of disrespect will be exposed on all possible levels in corporate contact and media contact until it is addressed head on because it is wrong scream at customers and to assume ALL AMERICANS WANT TO COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT or we deserve to be treated poorly by anyone especially since this country is a place of opportunity for so many people regardless of their backgroun. It would be shameful to belittle the people who live here as if you don't benefit from being here as well. So disrespectful!
