The Callicrate beef burgers are amazing here. Beer selection is wide and varied. You will find something you like. And the truffle fries were very good. The prices for the food were very reasonable. The grill is visible from the dining room, so you can see your food being cooked (by smartly dressed chefs/cooks I might add). Nice staff. Did not seem like your average tap room with average pub fare. This was a step up. We will be back.

We were suprised and impressed at the beer selection & unique takes on the food. Service was fabulous, and the atmosphere was quirky and relaxing. I suggest taking the time to walk around the building- there is a lot of history. I got the Bavarian eggrolls as a meal and it was not what I expected in the best of ways. Everything on the menu is sourced from Colorado. My only complaint would be the lack of TinCup bourbon- please consider sourcing this!
