While the cafeteria is being remodeled at my job, a variety of food trucks have been set up outside the Verizon building. Today I tried a brisket sandwich and fries from Treehouse BBQ. Wow! I was quite pleased with the serving size, I couldn't even eat half of it. The brisket was tender and smoky. However, the sandwich itself could have used more BBQ sauce. $9 seems comparable........but still a little pricey for a work lunch.

When someone tells me they can smother fries with BBQ, then I love them. I'm gluten free and so can't have a sandwich so Taylor fixed me up some queso fries with pulled pork. Just delicious. The pork had a fantastic smoked flavor and the queso complemented it well. Great stuff and I really appreciate the accommodation for my lame stomach.

Literally just had this BBQ truck at Nano 108. The sriracha beer cheese queso was awesome! My wife and myself really enjoyed the brisket sandwich as well as the brisket grilled cheese! Would definitely come here again. One of the best BBQ trucks in the springs!
