We we’re geading down the hill from GNP and started looking for someplace to eat. We’re from CA and missing Mexican food so we saw the reviews of Vaqueros were good and decided to give it a try. We had the spinach and mushroom enchiladas which were incredibly good as was the rice and beans. We also had the Coctel de Camarones which was wonderful and chock full of shrimp! Somehow we saved room to share a generous serving of flan. We were very pleased that we decided to stop here for dinner.

Good to find Mexican restaurants wherever we go. Easy menu options and familiar food taste. About the ambience, they have a typical Mexican restaurant ambience which is good and the food was perfect starting from chicken wings, chips & salsa and veggie enchiladas. I liked the waitresses being courteous even when we walked in during closing hours.
