Reviews of Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was very slow, went for dinner there on a Saturday. The place wasn’t packed; however, it took a while to get served. Server seemed to remember all our order since he wasn’t writing, he came back leaving one of the dish. Luckily it was just a salad and I was able to get it faster. Wings were served unevenly. I order the same as my friend but his were too wet compared to mine that were on the dry side almost no sauce at all. I think consistency is important. Beside that it’s a family friendly place, there are lots of parking nearby.

I ordered online chicken wings and fries. I got there in the time that my food was supposed to be ready. I was literally stand on the bar for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to came and handle me my food that was sitting there. They didn’t had one server around or anyone on the bar. I kind understood that was the end of the night, so they probably had a long day and they were cleaning up to be able to go home . But, when I got home I opened my food the fries had so much salt that I was not even able to eat, the chicken wings were cold. Never ordering there again.

Been here twice to this location to be disappointed twice in a row. My friends like their wings and I like my burgers. We went twice and first time the burger was well done rather then medium rare. Second time their southern chicken sandwich was drowned out in their sauce which made it super salty. Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely a place not to go to if you're also wanting a burger. Customer service sucked. Won't be coming back. They seemed happy to talk with their coworket but was embarrassing when barely talking to us.

Good food, but the service model needs work. We stood waiting for a table longer than it took for others to come in, make an order, and leave with their food. There was no separation of the "dining in" patrons from the "to-go" crew. (It was a busy night but there was visibly seating available, even with social distancing considered.) As soon as they realized we needed a table, we were seated immediately. 20 minutes after we arrived, that is. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was great. Just a rather frustrating beginning.

Won’t be coming back to this location. I’ll make the extra 10 minute drive to a much better run chain. The past two times I came it took a couple minutes just to be greeted. We asked to be on the patio which was apparently closed, so we were seated inside. Took another 5 minutes to get approached for drink orders. When ordering food, I was told they didn’t have the menu item I ordered, bummer. Ordered wings instead, had to ask for napkins. My wife was clear about the things she wanted on the side of her meal which still came out wrong. I don’t know what the waitress was or was not writing, or the communication with the kitchen. The waitress just seemed like she didn’t have any training or not focused on her job. Speaking of the kitchen, I’m amazed the manager allows the gangster cooks to listen to their foul language garbage music so loud. I could hear their music much better than the restaurant’s. BWW should just clear out the staff and start over.

I ordered take out from this location to Buffalo Wild Wings only to not have half my order. The items I was provided was not the correct type of wing. When I called to see if they could remedy the order, no one picked up the phone after 2 phone calls. I want to the location to fix my order and they did their best. They gave me a 25 dollar gift certificate (half my order) which was appreciated. After the remakes, they did give me every type of wing that I ordered prior, but 2 of the 6 types of wings had no sauce and were essentially just popcorn chicken. I'm giving 2 stars here because of the effort made once I went back to the store.
