Was privileged to visit this store on buckeye country fest weekend and just wanted to say how refreshing it was to watch a crew of folks working hand by hand side by side and treating customers as guest in their home. I watched a young man take an elderly lady's arm and help her to her seat i watched waitresses help folks at other tables than their assigned tables. We wanted to adopt our waitress she was so kind and attentive kayla is a very special young lady. Greg stevens asst mgr check on us several times making sure everything was to our liking. The store mgr. Also checked on us just wanted to tell all this is a super great group of folks. Was at a bad opinion of columbus ohio when we first arrived people seem very rude but after our trip to this bob evans it shined a diffrent light. People choose to be rude or they can be happy and these folks are a great example of what happy brings to the work place. Thank you Jeffrey&Suzette Dewey Indpls In
We showed up late--maybe 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted warmly and given mugs of coffee (ironically the best I've had all week). This location smells of coffee, warm yeast rolls and homey. Good food, our waitress was a joy and a highlight of the trip.
Random compliment: the bathroom was clean and smelled shockingly good. I drove about 4000 miles across 11 states this week. This was a pleasant change 😂
The food was much better than I anticipated. I really enjoyed it.
I didn't know that many of the items that were listed as celiac friendly, such as the country fries, I was told was cooked in the same oil is gluten so there would be cross contamination, also, all of their salad dressings apparently have gluten.
So my celiac daughter enjoyed her salad with chicken without salad dressing.
The fresh fruit that she got is a dessert was way above average.
My chicken fried steak was very tasty. Everything in my salad was fresh.
They serve Pepsi at Bob Evans
Food was great the potatoes tasted home made and the stuffing was on point felt like my mothers house and Kayla was a great server although we did have some items that weren’t correct but overall we had a great time thanks
Very friendly and attentive servers/hosts! They were food with recommendations and small talk. The building itself is a very new facility and kept clean. A nice place to eat, prices and portions and set equally, I do recommend!
The staff was very friendly and recommended new & limited time items. The food was served fast & fresh, and it was sooooo good. I got the honey butter chicken dinner.😋😋 the chicken was moist even with a crispy coating. Would stop in again when in the area for a meal.
