Chipped sandwich, slaw dog, and a sweet tea!!! Delicious food at a very good price. We dined in to escape the heat and bad weather. The staff is sweet. Comfortable atmosphere.. Feels like home. The line is worth the wait. BBQ is awesome!
We couldn't be happier with our food and service from Clearview!! We got sandwiches, brunswick stew, baked beans and tea for our daughter and son-in-law's shower/"Baby-Q". :) All of our guests LOVED the food! The price was more than reasonable and the ordering and pickup process so easy. Thanks, Clearview, for making a special occasion even more special!
The best BBQ sandwich in town and only $1. Their Brunswick stew is the best. If you love barbeque and don't want to spend a lot of money this is the place to go very inexpensive.
The best thing about being a damn Yankee was Clearview bbq. Since we moved back to N.Y., I miss that good eaten down younder. �

Absolutely my favorite BBQ in town. This place is a staple in town. Cash only. The sweat tea is amazing. The BBQ is better. You won't find a better BBQ sandwich for the price in town, they're not skimpy with the meat, slaw, pickle and sauce. Absolutely a must try if you've never been. Local favorite.
I love Clearview for their BBQ flavor and their reasonable prices. I am disappointed that they have increased the price of their famous .99 cent chipped sandwich by almost 40% in less than 2 years. Come on now! The prices of food has not gone up "40%." Just saying. This will unfortunately drive some business elsewhere so don't go getting greedy and messing up a good thing.
This is still a cash and check only establishment. Make sure you have more than $1.50 for the chipped sandwich.
The food is good, and the menu is alittle higher than the website showed, but not alot more, website just wasn't updated. The BBQ sandwiches are still cheaper than some places. Really friendly, family owed, place.
They have the best authentic bbq prices anywhere. Less than $2 for a bbq sandwich is unheard of in Atlanta; try $6. The customer service was very good. The spot could use some serious renovations. The customer service gets 5 stars, the bbq gets 4 stars, the price for a sandwich gets 5 stars (even though I miss the .99 price) and the dining area gets 1 star. (Actually, half a star). I just get my food to go.
I forgot how much I love their bbq. My wife got us some sandwiches and a big order of chopped to bring to her parents. We had the sandwiches for lunch. It blows the bbq in Lagrange out of the water.
We are been joking about being addicted to the chipped sandwiches all weekend. My wife who normally eats super slow eat both of hers on the way home.
I am so glad to rediscover this lost gem.
