This place has been here over 50 years and always served noteworthy authentic (Italian) pizza. I've been a regular since I moved to NH in 1994. Recently changed owners and some of the signed championship boxing photos and other sports memorabilia are disappearing from the walls as the new owners redecorate. As they are keeping the same cooks the pizza is still really great. New owners are running specials and promoting more online. Definitely worth a visit if you like real pizza. 😁

I worked at Vinnie's from 1992 to 2000. I grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania, City of Scranton, home of the unique but very formidable Old Forge style rectangular pan pizza. I have to say Vinnie's Pizza is still one of my all time favorites. The sauce is awesome, the cheese is a mixture of provolone and mozzarella, and the crust is great. Cooked in old style brick ovens right on the brick, no screens or conveyers. Hand stretched. Yes it will take a half hour wait to get a pizza there. But knock back some beers while you wait. It's worth it. You won't get this taste or experience at one of the "Houses of Pizza" that are all owned by the Greeks and serve terrible rushed pizza with dough, sauce, and cheese all prebagged from the delivery truck.

I've eaten pizza in at least 30 states in the US and Vinnie's is easily top three of all time. Perfect flavor profiles, lovingly slow cooked the old fashioned way, before everyone flipped out if they didn't get a pizza in 5 minutes flat. Absolute mastercraft product.
