Best Sonic service I've had in years. First time trying the app -- ordered and checked in once we arrived. Employee came out to tell us it'd be out shortly (so appreciate the touch-base!). The drive through employee seemed distracted so I was patient. Then when we got to the window I realized it wasn't because she was by herself she just chose to walk away in the middle of my order. I don't understand why they say to ahead with your order and then don't take it.
