Really great tasting! The Pastor was on the spot and the Carnitas was really good too just a little crispy but other than that worth every penny! There’s outside seating available with parking as well. Highly recommend.

Fresh tortillas and the quesabirria was great (I get them crunchy with light cheese), flavorful consome. (Don’t listen to the tweaker on Megan’s laws review 4 months ago). This place is spot on.

This is a rockstar food truck just off the I-5 in Corning. In fact, it is probably the best Mexican restaurant within 20 miles. Eager for just a passable meal, we scouted 5 restaurants along this street and passed on every one. We decided to pull off and do some more Google-mapping when we found this great taco truck next to a liquor store. The reviews looked good, and so we dined. I ordered the wet burrito, while my compadre called for no less than 5 crispy tacos! We were both quickly filled and satisfied. Look no further for a great (if not heavy) roadside lunch.
