I just had to tell everyone what kind of experience I had. My family frequents this restaurant at least 1-2 times per month. Usually the food is good and the service is ok or good. Today was a real treat! Leslie is by far the best waitress that we have had the pleasure to serve us in a very long time. Our food was delivered timely. It was nice, fresh and hot. Our drinks were never empty, and we never had to ask for refills. Leslie had a smile and a great attitude every time she came over to our table. I spoke with the manager on duty, Ramsey. I told him how great the service was and that Leslie deserved a raise. He said he would speak to his boss about it. We will be back, and next time, we will be inquiring if Leslie has received her well-deserved raise. Times are hard, and the cost of living is so high. We need to pay the people in customers much more than minimum wage. Especially the ones who do their job well. I don't often post, and I rarely ever ask for a manager when I go anywhere. I do believe great employees should be recognized for their skills, and the ones who shine should be lifted up. May God bless you, Leslie and Ramsey. I hope to see you both next time. Great service and food! Cat was so wonderful and gave us recommendations when we were torn between 2 dishes, and she was very attentive to our needs (never had to ask). The food was the best Tex Mex I've had in a long time (I'm from San Antonio). Definitely worth trying out!!

Wow. Great food, good portions, and good service. The only negative is the plate may have been a bit to long under heat lamps and dried out the rice. It has been a while since dining at "On the Border" but I sure do miss not having one in my hometown. It was not to busy and the staff was doing good at busing tables. Clean restrooms and military discount!
