Bluffalo Wings Co. Corpus Christi

Great wings and a great price! Huge fan of the Bluffalo Original Sauce, Jackie Chan coming in a close second. Wings have plenty of meat on them, the boneless are juicy and a good portion, strips have a good batter/seasoning, dessert options, local beer on tap, and close to the base. On top of all that it is locally owned. Pay them a visit, it will be worth your time and money.

My fiance and I went to the Wing and Beer Pairing tonight where Lazy Beach beer was featured and we had an absolute blast! The crowd was so much fun, the staff was professional and efficient, and the food was AMAZING! We had SO much to eat and everything was just absolutely wonderful. It was worth every penny and we hope they will do another one very soon. It gave us the ability to try their wings, sides, and desserts all in one night along with the majority of the beers they have on tap. The atmosphere and dining area was clean, neat, and tidy and the owner was so kind and passionate about what he does, as well as his manager and staff. It was a surprise to walk into a place that nice in the Bluff and I can say without a doubt we will be making this restaurant a regular stop for dinner. My favorite wing from the pairing was the mango habanero along with the garlic Parmesan waffle fries and the Butter Finger cheesecake bar. The sauce was perfect on all of the wings. Sometimes wings are just soaked in sauce, but these either had just enough sauce or a nice "rub" for dipping in ranch or blue cheese dressing. Oh, and the captain's seats at the bar? SO COMFORTABLE! BONUS: There are sinks installed outside of the restroom, so if the bathroom is in use and you just need to wash the delicious sauce off your fingers they are right there to use. It is so convenient and well thought of. I really can't say enough about his place and living on the island we are glad to have a new restaurant to add to our rotation that is close to home. Keep doing what you're doing and we will see y'all soon!
