This place is amazing. You wouldn't think you would get amazing pancakes at a taqueria, but the best I've had in years!!!
We ate there yesterday for Mother's Day and my enchiladas verdes were delicious! Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Highly recommend!

We had the nicest, best waitress and service! The food we all loved, from my parents, me and my kids! My parents live here and I grew up here when I was a kid for 10 years so we know our South Texas Mexican food.
The crispy tacos are delicious. I also brought home some menudo and that was also delicious. The waitress gave us very good service. She checked on us several to ask if we needed any thing. We eat there at least once a week.
Our waitress was very friendly. Good food and service.
To say the chips are "thick" is a compliment to the chips. You don't want them breaking in the salsa or queso. And the "different" spice is spice. Not just tomatoes.
Had a torts along with a pastor and asada taco and homemade corn tortillas. If they ask homemade or store bought...go homemade always. The tacos were amazing. Probably some of the best ever. Simple and delicious. The torts was the same. The French bread was toasted perfect. The chicken fajita meat was not tough at all.
BEWARE...the green sauce they bring to the table has a kick. But that does not take away from it. Just do NOT expect guacamole. It's guacamole's fiery, hellish 3rd cousin twice removed. It actually has avocado. Bit after that it goes off the fiery deep end. It's good though. The tomato lol sauce is good too, just not as spicy. They will both open your sinuses though.
Overall...perfect. Well worth it. If you're in the area, stop by.
#11. My first visit to this restaurant. A very casual mom & pop place, which I like. I wasn't crazy about the chips (thick and tough) and salsa (an unusual spice I'm not familiar with). Everything else was good and the "beef with gravy" item was very good. Over all, I enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely eat here again. .
Update, today we were for breakfast and it was on point. The ladies were all so nice and had smiles. Food was good too.
The best Authentic Mexican restaurant I have found in Corpus Christi. Everything we have gotten there is delicious. If your looking for fantastic Authentic Mexican food this is the place you will not be disappointed.
The place it's comfortable the food was delicious, chips and salsa. We from Austin TX this is our first time visiting curpus cristi. I recommend this place.
Birria tacos only on the weekend, sofar the best I've had. They put alot of meat I paid around $13 for 3 tacos and a large lemonade.
The food was good. Definitely worth the money. I will come back. The margaritas are great, too, along with the happy atmosphere
