The food. You go there for the food, sure. But there’s more than that; it’s an experience, no matter how many times you go. I love this place, from the Diablo sunrise margaritas to the steaks and appetizers to the cake we have to take home because we are too full to eat it. But even more than that, I enjoy visiting with Chef Andreas as he goes from table to table, checking on your food, telling you what you’re eating, explaining the menu, and so forth. And then there is his lovely wife, who without hesitation will tell you the secrets to her signature drinks. They are both very nice. Across the Street isn’t cheap, but if cost was the driving concern, you would’ve eaten at home. This place is a hidden gem- a better fit in a huge city, and somehow we got it, right here just minutes from home. Treat yourself and see what all the fuss is about. Meanwhile- I have leftover cake in the fridge...

Excellent service and out of the world food. We started with the crab and avocado appetizer which was great. Kris had the king salmon and I had the filet. The steak was melt in your mouth and the asparagus were tender all the way to the bottom stem. With a pretty extensive wine list, you can’t go wrong here. Made reservations for Valentines on the spot.

We were walking around Corsicana and were invited in by Andres the chef and I do believe it is the best food I have had since last year in Manhattan. the Ambiance was wonderful and the staff accommodating... Could not have had a better experience. We will be back and it is worth the drive to Corsicana even if you live in the Metroplex.
