Love this place! So glad it made it. Was a little bummed Cortez finally got some amazing Thai food--my fav!--a month before I moved, but am happy I have somewhere to eat now as I pass through. I echo other reviews--excellent, authentic Thai cuisine in a very unexpected place! Kind of an oasis. Also, staff are SO nice and helpful. Great place, wish I could take it with me! :)

I had heard Thai Cortez was good, but "good" doesn't really hit the mark. What it is is excellent! The Thai soft rolls were beautifully presented and made a delicious starter. For the main courses, we selected two "index dishes," commonly offered dishes that we use to gauge a new restaurant. Those were Pad Thai and Gang Pa Nang (panang curry of beef). Both were superb. I asked our server where they had managed to find fresh kaffir lime leaves for the panang. She replied that they drive to some place way down in New Mexico to get them. That, folks, is dedication to quality and authenticity! Bottom line: Superb. We will be back!

Best real Mexican food in Cortez. Staff was very good, sangria was the best I've had in a long time and the food and salsa verde was to die for.
