Hello recently went to a Taco Bell location and was highly unsatisfied. I’m going to be calling the health department because of health code violations I witnessed. One item in our order had a receipt wrapped in the wrapper. The employee was yelling at customers. Two customers prior to us. She then proceeded to yell at me when I tried talking to her calmly. She proceeded to start talking to her coworker in Spanish cussing. When we understood Spanish and she thought we didn’t. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our order. Overall it was horrible. This picture shows the time we ordered and the time stamp was when I took a picture of the food we received.

My complaint is that they take too long to serve your order. The food is ok. The price is cheap. The only good thing is that the Mexican Pizza is back!

I love Taco Bell, but this is the first time I've been to this location . First I stood at the counter for a long time before they even acknowledged I was there, then they said I need to order on the self order screen by the door. Then I needed to pay cash and it was 15 min before anyone came to take payment. During this time the manager was outside, then returned into the store and started swearing at another lady making the food behind the counter. Then another 10 min. Went by ( keep in mind , I'm the only customer there) then finally the manager yells my name and tosses my bag on the counter, and aggressively yells " Have a nice day".... I think I'll use other locations next time.

I really like being able to order at kiosks instead of bothering the employees who are busy with drive thru at the register. The restaurant was clean and the brief interaction with the employee was nice.

Not sure what happen but this is the second instance. Their bean burritos are half the size of what they used to be. Not coming back even though I live down the street.
Will spend more and get a real bean burrito.

I bought two soft tacos with steak instead of beef. The server charged me an extra $2 for the steak and gave me beef anyway. The server in question kept my debit card and I had to ask her to return it to me. I also bought a drink and She gave me my drink without a straw. She did not give me a receipt which tells me that she does it so I won’t have a way to check and dispute the order.

This place is always clean and the people that work there are always glad to serve you with a smile and If for some reason there's something you don't like about your order they'll ask you if you want them to remake your order or if you would like something else, now there's a new for you. You rarely find a place now a days that does that, Now this happened to me on the graveyard shift not once but twice now I don't know about the rest of the shifts and its also pretty quite no party animals.

I asked for Rice, Beans, Fresca Style. That doesn't mean sprinkle Rice, and Beans in a Chalupa Shell. I save you money by not adding the meat, stop being stingy on the Rice and Beans. I go here at least 4 times a week and it's really turning me off. I'm not paying for an appetizer.
