Food was great and the service too , can't go wrong with the rib eye

Straightforward, traditional and well-prepared food served cordially out in Creston (east of Templeton and southeast of Paso Robles) in an old-timer western atmosphere . Popular with locals for a dinner of steak or prime rib, “the Chute” is also a great place for Sunday breakfast.

We stayed at a nearby airbnb for Thanksgiving and decided to come by for brunch on Black Friday, Arrived at 11 am when they first opened and were the first guests in the house. Service was prompt and polite and food (we ordered onion rings, western burger, calamari and shrimp and Brussels sprouts) were all good. Nice option for another passing through town.
