Went last night around 9:00. This place has great customer service! The man on the line was really kind. Hispanic kid. My food was perfectly made by him. Would recommend this chipotle to others. Best time to go is at night because the crew is perfect! The cashier was also very kind and full of joy. I could tell the other cashier was pretty new. Some of you people actually have to realize that theses are kids working night shift and they are trying there best. (P.S Chipotlae is not a real Mexican restaurant)

I came in today and watched so many rude and demanding customers pass through the line before me. The employees kept smiles on their faces and remained patient and friendly while they juggled each odd/rude request, making online orders and keeping the ingredients going in the background. I am not at all excusing poor customer behavior, but I wanted to let everyone know you’re doing a fantastic job. It takes a lot of patience to work with the public. Thank you! My meal was delicious.

I love Chipotle. I generally always order for pick up. They have never gotten any orders wrong.
I will say the only thing that could improve would be the cleanliness of the inside eating area could use some improvement

Food is fine, most of the staff is kind. My biggest issue with this location is that EVERY time I walk in and get a fountain drink, the drink is always watered & honestly ruins the entire meal. Every single time I get a Sprite, it tastes like i’m drinking sparkling water. If I want to try Coke - the liquid legitimately is clear. This location needs to be doing a better job at keeping an eye on their sods machines & need to make sure that each product is new & fresh, including their Soda’s & Fountain Drinks!!!!!!

Keeps getting worse. Quality keeps decling buy price keeps goung up. I recommend ordering from one of the many other excellent local Mexican choices. In fact you should try La Chiapaneca, which is about 200 yards away, way better and WAY cheaper.

Worse experience I have had in any chipotle overall. I decided to go in and wait on a 25 min line just to have a bowl of hard uncooked rice. Don't get me wrong a few pieces were cooked but majority was hard. They did not have any tomatoes, corn,chips, dressing and so on. The food overall had no flavor, as seasoning or salt, just str8 bland. Atleast do everyone a favor and post some signs up before ppl get on a 20 to 25 min wait for nothing. My bowl was thrown out.

Received food poisoning from the Chipotle in Culpeper. As slow as the staff were to take the orders of the customers in the store last night, I figured they may have been spending that time cooking the food properly. Obviously not.

We got the chicken bowl and a double wrapped burrito with chicken and steak. The chicken has actually improved since this location opened. Used to be dry but now is flavorful and juicy but the steak was not so good. I actually had to spit out three separate clumps of gristle. I used to enjoy the garden salsa and the corn but now they are both just loaded with purple onion. Service for take out was fast even with on-line orders still streaming in. They do not have their own delivery but Doordash is in and out all day.
