The employees are friendly and professional. My daughter loves subway so I go there at least twice a week. I am so impressed that I don't even have to say what I want. The employees confirm my order prior to making the sandwich every time I go there. Knowing your customer and building a relationship with your customer...now that's what I call service excellence!

I left the Subway at Dominion Square, because the young lady that opened the store arrived after 8:00, and told us it would be 20 minutes before they would be ready. I arrived at the Subway at Southgate and found that they were not only open, but the gentleman was in uniform, polite, and assisting another customer. It was a night and day experience. From now on I'll drive the extra mile or two. It's worth it!
