I drove by this restaurant many times but never had the thought of stopping by until it was personally recommended to me and it did not disappoint.
I ate here for lunch and the variety of choices were great. I had the Pastrami Ruben and it was the best I've ever had. My friends had salmon, chicken sandwich and shrimp dishes which also did not disappoint.
For someone like me, I can handle a big meal, but I did struggle a little to finish my sandwich as it was flavorful and mouthwatering.
Tam's Tupelo is well worth the drive!
My wife and I have been wanting to go here for a while, so she took me from a birthday. Now I'm just wondering why it took so long to get here. The food was fantastic! We got the pulled pork nachos to start, and not only were they huge, but I had to stop myself from finishing them so I could have room for the meal. They loaded them with pulled pork. I got the red snapper, fried cheese grits, potatoes and arugula. It was fantastically cooked & everything on the plate balance each other nicely. The soups that came with their meal were really rich. I got French onion and my wife got the most incredible tomato bisque we've ever had- Not sure if it had sweet potatoes in it, but it definitely had a nice sweet contrast and had a lot of thickness to it. I would go there just for the tomato bisque.
Highly recommend it! Don't wait as long as I did to pay them a visit 🤦♂️
The food was great!! I had the pulled smoked chicken with collards. It was delicious.. so much so that my daughter ordered it the following day after tasting mine. Perfect smoked taste!! The sweet potato biscuits were awesome!! Even if you don’t like sweet potatoes (my son does not). We also had the brisket tacos, porkchop, and fried pickles- all were excellent!!! We discovered that brunch the next day consists of make your own Bloody Marys.. so we returned the next day for brunch. I had the frittata and my son had the omelet. Both were good, as were the potatoes.. the bloodys were great!! But it was a little overpriced for brunch in my opinion.. next time I will skip the breakfast and maybe just have a loaded Mary. I will definitely return if looking to eat again when in the area.

I wasn't expecting much from the outward appearance and "hole in the wall" vibe the corner strip mall spot holds, but I was thoroughly impressed! The interior decor looks very nice, service was prompt and friendly, and the food (we went for brunch) was excellent! The menu was small, yet diverse without being obnoxious. Portion sizes and prices were fair. My only minor complaint is the "cheesy potatoes" side dish is more akin to cheesy onions, but that's my own preference and nothing to knock the establishment over. Our server Chase went above and beyond and we will definitely be back soon!
A great spot for brunch! Build your own bloody menu or a bottle of Prosecco for $15 with free juice for your mimosas, whaaaat!? Score! All of the food was amazing, including the fried green tomatoes. If you're considering this place, you should go!
