The staff was nice and even though they were busy they got my food to me quickly. I went inside the restaurant and ordered a lot of breakfast tacos for my team at work. I was waiting in my car for them to be ready and one of the ladies working there actually brought them out to me instead of me having to come back inside. On top of them being quicker than expected, it was thoughtful for her to bring them out to me.

The grande kickin' nachos had a good presentation in a big pizza box type of box. The chips were not stale or mushy and there was plenty of fajita meat with a good flavor and cheese. One thing that's true across the board at all locations is that they manhandle the food and slop it together as crazily as they can. It's always spilling out and lopsided and upside down, etc. The quality and taste of the crispy tacos have gone downhill over the years at every location which was the only thing really keeping me going.

Place is clean, good service, food was good and didn't take long, soda machine had ice and all flavors were working (some other places do not..) the salsas stand was well stocked, men's restroom was ok clean. We ate outside and it was clean, tables and chairs cleaned and there is a big trash can there so you can dispose of your trash right away and it doesn't fly away with the wind and make it dirty (yes u need to put a little effort to maintain it clean) overall if we are around there we will go back.
