Wife and I decided to get some Cheese Krystal's. Pulled up to drive thru and ordered 5 cheese Krystal's. Lady said it would be 8 dollars and something. I said sign says 5 cheese Krystal's for $6.29. she said is that what you want? I said that's what I just ordered. She said if you don't ask for 5 for $6.29 they charge you a different higher price. Hey Mr Krystal? Are you high? You're going out of business treating people like that.

Food was good but was asked 3 times if I wanted to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order. This is a continual thing with this location. Think it's time to bulldoze this place down and put in a White Castle.

Food was cold I had to go back severely low staff I was never given a receipt with my order and when I went in to have them fix my order my shoes literally were sticking to the floor with every step. There was an elderly couple who was waiting to get a refill for about 10 minutes

i came in too place an order, despite the fact other people waiting for food, and large numbers of Krystal's being order, the 2 staff working was very prompt with taking my order and apologized several times for my wait and was zooming to get the orders and customers out in timely fashion.. hard working people it was big girl and colored feller

I'm giving them a 2 for only one reason. Food was good and hot. The customer service was good. The kicker is, this is a restaurant. The two employees I saw had their masks around there chin not covering their face. The worst part is the guy who put my krystal's in the bag had no gloves on and he grabbed the krystal's on the inside of the box. I couldn't bring myself to eat them. Such a waste. I struggled between a 1 or 2, but I save my 1's when I don't see anything go right.

Not so good at all. Food is been sitting too long.& too hard to eat. Wait in drive thru was super long. I won't waste my time and money again.

I door dash and I understand that they literally had two people working that night I dashed. So this comment is actually for the main company and hiring managers. You seriously need to work more on hiring more mature and not high school or just young adults in general. To have only 2 people to run an entire location alone with walk in, lobby, and drive-thru is poor management all around. I do hate that they had to work alone at dinner hours and I applaud the lady and the gentleman that worked that night. You both did what you can to get everything in a timely manner the absolute best you two could do alone. I cannot provide a 5 star if the main company/franchise cannot put together a proper crew for each and every shift. But the 3 stars is for the the two that was working that night when I walked in.

Ordered my food in the drive thru. There weren't any other customers. I was told to pull around because they were making one of my items fresh. I ended up waiting in my car for thirty minutes until I eventually gave up on them bringing me my food. Pulled around the drive thru and told the girl I just needed the item I had been waiting over thirty minutes for and she just said oh.. then gave me a bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time I assume because to be made fresh it was very cold. Never apologized or even acknowledged that they just wasted over thirty minutes of my life on some food I ended up throwing away.
