I am a connoisseur of the cupcake and this is just a lovely place to get them! I tried the lavender cupcakes and my goodness they were delicious! The cake was very light, moist but full of flavor. The icing was light but not overly sweet or heavy the perfect balance to the cake. The lavender blossoms on top just added a fun aromatic element that hit you right before you take a bite and then flood your senses as you bite into them. Definitely will be a regular here from now on.

Okay, this place is amazing. The atmosphere when you walk in is so unconventional from a regular bakery and it is lovely. Oh and let me tell you about the aroma that slaps you in the face as soon as you open the door. The cupcakes are so delicious. They are super moist and have just enough sweetness to them and not over bearing. These are literally the best cupcakes I have ever eaten. I will definitely be recommending Twist to all.

Yesterday I dropped by to pick up a 1/2 dozen cupcakes to bring home. While there I noticed a S'mores brownie. I just had to have it. And, I had to eat it immediately. This is the best brownie I have ever had. Without a doubt better than the famous Killer Brownie at Dorothy Lane Market. The cupcakes were incredible too. What I like is the cupcakes are not as big as your head and they don't have 6" of icing piled on top. They are perfect.
