First time here, and we loved it! Great culinary gem - happy to have it here in Defiance. Awesome, creative food combinations/seasonings, excellent atmosphere, and superb service (Heidi B.). We had the Candied Bourbon Burger, Kobe Burger, and the Jerk Chicken Wrap. Can't decide which meal was better - guess we'll have to come back and try more! Great work, Sweetwater Chophouse!

I had a amazing time eating here. The food was perfect and so very delicious. Our server was spot on and very friendly. The restaurant was very well kept and a nice spot for my Wife and I date night. I ordered a drink fright with drinks of my choice with many from the local 4kd brewery next door being on the list.

Warm inviting atmosphere, excellent service and nothing tops the food. Brussel sprouts are a must, Wagyu steak medium rare was perfect and our server Sean was fantastic! This was a first time experience but certainly not a last -will be returning and recommending!
