Came up to the area to get out of southern Illinois and stopped in for a bite the Mediterranean sandwich with chicken is amazing!! And the chili is remarkable also, especially on a chilly Illinois afternoon.

We are currently sitting down eating. And the girl that starts the sandwiches was truly amazing she deserves a raise! Best personality in town (she wore hoop earrings)

I really liked the sandwiches. The taste and the ingredients that goes into the the sandwiches are better than any subways. Also, the shakes are tasty as well. The employees are nice and polite. Also, loved the setting and the various NIU souvenirs that can be seen in the store. Although, they should allow tips in cash and add a tap jar since tips can only be paid in credit cards and not cash.

Very friendly staff and sandwiches are better than other sub chains (Jersey Mike's is almost the same level, but mostly just a different experience). Fresh ingredients and really good bread. They have multiple options for vegetarian subs too which is nice.

I apologize in advance for the lengthy review. I just wanted to say I had an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish today (12/3/20). I called around 1:15 to place an order for delivery, and the lady I talked to on the phone was extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional, even though it was very busy. She apologized for having to go through door dash or grub hub, I can't remember, and for the (minimal) wait time, because they did not have a delivery driver for the day, and were very busy. She could've told me to order through door dash, (my words, not hers), but she was happy to take my order over the phone. She in no way complained about being busy, nor seemed to show any stress, anger, or inconvenience. This girl can work under pressure! It was such a smooth transaction. In fact, she said she was very grateful for my purchase, and thanked me multiple times for being nice and accommodating. (I had absolutely nothing to be upset about, but she was grateful anyway). My food got here very quickly, was absolutely delicious as usual, a lot for a good price, and there was even a friendly and personalized hand written thank you note on my receipt. I hope nobody gets in trouble for me saying this, but they even threw in a cookie for me, and it made my day. I only wish I caught her name, but hopefully the date and time will help with that. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience, I will absolutely order from you guys again!
