Tonight on 12/26, me and my boyfriend went to eat at this mcdonalds. We got there about quarter to 10, ordered our food and proceeded to wait. There were also a bunch of disrespectful teenagers in the lobby. Once we noticed we waited about 15 mins for our food, we started getting a little disgruntled. Then one of the teenagers that i noticed grabbed food 20mins before brought up a bag(of our food) to the cashier. The night manager (didnt catch her name) handled it well. Although we were waiting for our food until after close she was very generous and she handled the situation to her best. I have never been so pleased with the service she gave us. Although she kept apologizing, i felt bad for her because she had to deal with disrespectful teenagers all night. Thank you so much for your service and sorry about any inconvenience. Thank you also to the staff who had to prolong their night to make our food fresh.

Fast friendly service, they get my special orders right each time. Drive Thur usually moves quickly. Free wifi. Inside service is fast.
