Updating my review from 2 starts to 5 stars. The owner called me and was super great. He offered to refund our order. I feel bad that he felt he had to appologize for someone else's uncontrolled behavior, but he did. As an owner, I understand his position. Honestly, never have had this experience here which is why I was taken back by it. We will continue to order from here in the future! π
We have never had an issue here. Always been great food and service. There was an issue with our delivery and we never received our food. The girl I initially spoke with was really nice. She went and got what I assume was a manager to help her. The manager got on the phone and right off the get go she was so rude. Now, everyone is understaffed and overworked. I get it, but she came on the phone with a horrible attitude. She said they were "slammed" and would not be remaking my food or giving me a credit. I was shocked. So, no food and, until the very end of her ranting and raving about how busy they are, finally agreed to give me a refund. I hope she was just having a bad day. I am very reluctant to order from here again.
thereβs this super hot girl who works there. she has like short blonde hair with bangs and wears eyeliner. sheβs really nice and i highly recommend talking to her. hot eyeliner girl, pls hmu.
Good pizza, I think the best around outside of Buddy's. Staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the web site pushes the "text to order" option, but I keep getting 90 minutes for delivery. So, I jump in the car and pick it up curbside in 20 minutes. I guess I need to start planning ahead 90 minutes on my pizza order. If I could get delivery inside 45 minutes I would give them 5 stars.
