Cleanliness: 4/5. Tables/Counters were clean of food debris. Floors swept. Bathroom was clean aside from a highly concentrated urine & ammonia smell in the mens room. Service: 4/5. Food (to-go order) came out relatively quickly. Staff were friendly but not overly excited to be there. That was easily transmitted through inflection and tone while we were ordering our food. Sort of turns off the customer, to come face-to-face with a bothered employee that clearly doesn't want to be there. Price: 4/5. Expect that for upscale sandwiches, you can expect upscale prices. Quality: 4/5. Better than average, the great taste of the sandwiches along with the varieties of bread to be utilized to make those sandwiches; insists upon return visits to try different combinations. The loaded baked potato my wife and I ordered to share, was enormous. Not exaggerating here either, and it weighed at least 3lbs with toppings. For $8 it wasn't a bad price for something I could easily make 2 meals out of. If the potato standard is relatively the same across the board (as we know potatos come in varied sizes) then I would come back simply for that reason. Overall, the price for a loaded baked potato and two reuben sandwiches brought us to nearly $30. Subway, this place is not. Better quality than Subway? Hell yeah.
