A most excellent Micky D's with a faux fireplace and flurry McFlurry's. A great soda machine and clean and shiny restrooms. When in Alaska this is a great place to take a break.

If I'm having a bad day, I can always count on the Palmer McDonald's employees to provide me with swift and polite customer service.
My family and I love to come in here when we need a quick bite to eat.
This isn’t our usual McDonald’s, but we were happy with the service. I had a bunch of kids with me that were hungry and excited to be at McDonald’s and the staff were very friendly and patient. I recommend using the kiosk to order your food or the app to order ahead you get to get rewards through the app so that’s a big incentive for me to use it.
The foods decent, but the service is wonderful! If the manager catches you smoking pot he’ll just come out and join you. 😀 sometimes they come with their own weed and occasionally will share.10/10 would recommend. And to the google employee reviewing this to see if it’s appropriate, please risk your job and leave it
Usual McDonald’s fare for breakfast. They were fast taking our order and our food was ready shortly after. Seemed like a new building with a great kid’s play area. I was very disappointed in the bathroom. Floors in the stalls were filthy and the automatic water faucet produced water only when I messed I touched the underneath side where the water was supposed to come out automatically.
The food is normal for McDonald's but the service can be slow. Be sure to check how long the line is. If there are cars past the speaker box it will take about 15 min to get thru the line.
One of the better ones. I aways Mc chicken and sprite the old timer on the corner. He's alright
Made a mobile order, and they were on top of it! It may get busy there but they seem to handle the crowd well.

As of January and Feb of 2023 there has been a drastic turnaround in consistency, wait time, and overall experience. The drive through is plowed, and the fries have not been cold a single time in the last two months. Thank you to whoever is shaping things up. Great mcdonalds

I am a 24yo over weight male who absolutely eats too much fast food. This is a McDonald's that consistently disappoints. If you have 30-45 minutes for the drive through and prefer your fries cold then this is your spot. Every single time I visit without a doubt i find myself saying wow I've been in this drive through for over 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing how good the burgers taste despite being absolutely mangled upon opening. Half the time you get random toppings on your DQP including the wrong onions and crispy chicken sandwich pickles. If you are in eagle River please spend your money at Arby's right down the road. The fries are Always fresh fresh and the burgers are consistently beautiful and perfectly made. The people are also the nicest around. If a manager or owner ever reads this, I have been eating at this McDonald's for 5 years and it is at an all time low. Please please please figure out how to manage this place properly because you have all the tools to make great food and it is painfully obvious how little you care. I'm done paying for cold stale fries and subpar sandwiches. Thank you

Playplace is open! Service is slow. Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before staff greeted me. After placing an order, the food was ready in minutes.
