What a treat to stop in for a "nice cup of tea" as my grandma would say! You can play some checkers while you enjoy your tea, purchase lovely gifts from tea (of course!), to sweaters. This Christmas, think about experiences for gifts? Maybe the gift of tea and scones at this lovely shop? Supprt small, local businesses. It''s good for your soul and the community!

This lovely little Tea Shop is absolutely Charming! Delicious Scones, lighter than any I've had before, terrific Teas and Nellie Gavin's own Irish Soda Bread are always available. Check out the little room of Irish souvenirs to make your visit complete! We got some beautiful items there! Stop by for a chat with Kitty, their lovely hostess from Thursday to Sunday afternoons, she'll take a pic with you and make you feel welcome! Definitely a must do for your next trip to East Durham!

Best Irish soda bread and delicious scones! Super friendly people. I called in the morning to see if they had 8 loaves of soda bread, they made it fresh for me that same day. Very accommodating! Thank you!
