We hadn't son's birthday party there today (5-19-2017) and it was amazing. The kids had a great time! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone for making this such a great experience.

My kid was invited to a bday party at chuck e cheese. I'd never been before. It was loud. Which was expected. The layout downstairs isn't that great, makes walking around kind of annoying. A good amount of games were out of order, minus 1 star. The card system they have in place of physical tickets is helpful. The pizza was pretty good for what I expected (except for the stuffed crust). My kid actually tried and enjoyed pepperoni for the first time. Thanks Charles!

I was super late to my baby’s party , this young black kid helped out sooooo much with my party that was scheduled for 3 but I didn’t arrive until 4:45 . He made our day smooth, everything went perfectly, he knew what to do in every situation. I apologize for not remembering this guy name because he was amazing. Professional, down to earth . Thank you so much, I came out spending about $70 when the plan was to spend up to $250
