Came back to tropical smoothie today after a rough experience Much better experience. Staff was quick and responsive. The manager was well composed. Cashier informed me about half off smoothies before 10 am! Manager showed concern with her staff asking where they feel more comfortable doing food or smoothies. Loved that!

The smoothie was great the cashier could have been a bit more friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there and when I asked her info about big groups coming in she couldn't answer and told me to see a manager because it was a Sunday. I have no problem with that however a little more of a personality with a smile would have been nice 😊
Sam rocks! She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Letting me know she would be right with me. She started to take my order, and I was finished she repeated to make sure all my requests were met. The POS gave her some issues, so she asked once more.
She told me everything would be done shortly and to take a seat. Once I got MY smoothies and food, she gave me a fist bump!. She made my day! Thank you, Sam.
I normally don't write reviews but the girls at this tropical smoothie were so friendly and helpful. The girl with the aloha tattoo gave me a few recommendations, told me what was new, and the best part was my chia banana max was made super fast!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Another review by: CALOGERO Very professional the quality of the food is excellent. Revised April 7th 2023 At Lakefield road location tropical smoothie.. So I went in there a week prior and this African American Girl was working. But I never saw her before and. She said she has been there for a year so I asked for my discount. Because people who work in the shopping center get a discount at that location. She said she knew nothing about the discount and would not give in so I canceled my order. And left I then came back a week later on April 7th and I saw Christina. The manager who was very pleasant and I told her what happened and she made me feel. Welcome and apologized and did give me a discount when I ordered food and she gave me a little bonus of a smoothie and I was extremely happy. With Christina the manager.. And the chicken pesto sandwich is so good. And you have to try the Bahama MAMA smoothie.OMG SO GOOD.
The two girls working were so kind and patient when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted and went out of their way to help. They were helpful and just happy people that really created a great experience for myself and other customers. Makes all the difference to want to come back!
closest tropical smoothie, i’ve never gotten the wrong order and some of the people working there are very nice. parking lots sucks though.
Top Tier experience looking forward to coming back the ladies at the front were outstanding and the girl with the aloha tattoo made my Day , she helped me alone , I look forward to coming back , the smoothie was blended well and tasted great .

Great selection of food. My experiences there are very good. All the smoothies, wraps, flatbreads, and more are great, and prepared fast! The staff there is very friendly and kind, and they make ordering very easy and fast! The renovation that they did recently makes eating there a delight, so it’s not just a to-go place!
