As a foodie and lifelong native of Bethlehem, I'm disappointed to say that I only just discovered Ocean 235. This was possibly the best meal I have ever had the pleasure of ingesting and was hands down the best overall restaurant experience from start to finish. Every course came out of the kitchen remarkably quickly; the staff was attentive, personable, and respectful; the manager/owner, Chip, is the most hands-on and involved leader I've ever seen in the culinary world. I can't say enough good things about this dining experience, I just wish I'd ventured there sooner.

The best salmon I have ever ate, delicious. And the deserts are out of the world everything is so fresh. I can't wait till I come again and I recommend Ocean as the best restaurant in the area!

Most amazing dinner. The calamari was incredible...the best I have ever eaten. Will definitely go back. The service was great. The owner friendly. Good atmosphere.
