Jersey Mike's Subs

My girlfriend and I got our food to bring home. We sat down to eat and I took a couple bites only to find my cheesesteak smothered in this girls hair that made my sandwich. None of the employees were wearing hair nets. We Called and spoke to the manager he said we are frequent customers and will give us free subs next time we come in and that hair nets will be implemented. Never stepping foot in this place ever again. Pictures don't do justice for the wad of hair I pulled out. Not to mention you ruined my whole appetite for the night. Probably not the only customer that night who got hair in their sandwich.

I was there the other night and the staff was amazing! The girls working behind the counter were very nice and talkative! Not only was the staff nice, but my sandwich was absolutely delicious! It was loaded with meat and was fresh! Skylar made my sandwich, and it was perfect! Definitely recommend going here! Staff is nice and the food is exceptional!

I’m always pleased with both service and subs at Jersey Mike’s! The staff is always pleasant and the food is always fresh. I like to order the giant sub with ham and cheese with salt, pepper, oregano, lettuce and Mayo on a whole wheat bread. It is fantastic! I highly recommend visiting this location!

I’ve been coming to this location for years absolutely love it but I’ve noticed a ton of changes. Lines used to move quick and orders were on point. Employees were nice. There’d be about 4-5 of them in the room. Smiles on faces. Now I feel like it’s gone downhill. The past few times I’ve been coming here there’s usually only 2 people working up front and they’re so behind and seem miserable. Person at the register will also go from touching cash to wrapping a sub because they’re in a rush. It’s disappointing because I can hear other people laughing loud in the back, but they’re not helping what seems to be the new faces to me. This is how orders get messed up. I hope this location could hire more people willing to work.

Best sub you can get, just like the real Jersey shore experience I had as a kid. Parking can be tight at this location though, lots of other stuff in the same shopping area. I like to order online or throught the app and just breeze in and out since my order is usually waiting there with my name on it.

Do not give this place your money or time. Mutiple orders with significant issues including missing subs (only discovered once home) and just wrong subs. Latest disaster was an order for turkey, extra bacon, no mayo. What we found upon getting the order home was a sad soaked sandwich with more mayo than meat (which was ham) and of course tomato. Many in the family really like Jersey Mike's which is why we gave them so many chances. No more. Done with this place and we suggest you avoid as well.
